Bags of cement used to stabilize shorelines and other areas harden after years of rainfall while the bag slowly disintegrates; then they resemble tombstones. Woven polypropylene fabric used to stabilize shorelines greatly resembles seaweed and is also lightweight both near and within shoreline waters.
