harkening back to...Stuart FL 2009

I tried to enter these construction-work photos at www.tcpalm.com today, but the website only accepts recent locally-submitted pics.  This concrete-block house-in-progress (multiple views, no builders I know) is an example of the structure types going up after the hurricanes of 2004 in Stuart FL, this one alongside St Lucie Boulevard not far from SE Ocean Blvd intersection in Martin County and across the street from the St Lucie River.
