Spring-cleaning find

Yesterday while Springtime house-cleaning, a number of flying insect exoskeletons were found inside the window-space between screens and glass, including one that appears to be remains of the media-panned Emerald Ash Borer.  The close-up cameraphone photos are somewhat blurry, but show a small insect the size of  by-mail 'prize' Brazilian emerald specimens with the appearance of a green bedbug or flattened leaf-hopper.

A few miles away from this Bradford PA household, the Degolia PA artifact oracle-bead chronicle contains historical images of gemstone and metal/mineral deposits before they were mined-out  --  including worldwide emerald deposits.  The oracle-bead content-imagery is directly viewable from day to day during most months of the year by small regional fauna.

The Emerald Ash Borer is categorized as a pest that damages forests within Pennsylvania environs.
