more shale plus 'bear head' stump

The shale is located directly across from an oil refinery operating in the Tun'a Valley.  Another hillside aged tree stump resembles the head of an aged mammal.  Spring water flows out toward the berm from between the shale plates in some places, and shale plates with flakes are seen along the berm of the roadway extending between Jackson Avenue and Seaward Avenues.  There is no sidewalk nearby the sometimes tumbling shale.
