Christmas Eve, Bradford PA
Precisely perpendicular large icicle yet blocking sidewalk alongside N Center St near corner Cole Avenue. Shopping cart gone from BAPL. Lengthy brown cigarette drop in Bradford Plaza in front of the newly-installed House of Television (moved from West Washington Street plaza)(former 'Little Chicago' movie storefront) nearby SaveALot grocery store.
